The singer built a new mansion in the suburbs. On the site, she found a place for a huge garden, sculptures and even a fountain. The mansion is surrounded by forest and numerous flower beds with plants.
The country house has two floors. On the first floor there is a kitchen with access to the veranda, a hall with panoramic windows and a staircase with cast-iron railings. On the second floor are the private rooms of family members.
The winner of the reality show "People's Repair" on TNT and the architect of the Bureau Lubarski architect Vladimir Lyubarsky, evaluating the interior of the house, noted that Polina Gagarina chose the style of "Russian estate housing construction of the 2000s."
“The main focus is on the central stained-glass window, and above it, like a diadem, is the stepped cornice of the house, along which, like a ladder, you can go up,” Lubarsky explained.
He, however, advised not to repeat such design and architectural solutions in life, since their relevance has exhausted itself. In addition, Lubarsky notes the high cost of the mansion on the market. “The house is expensive, but only due to its huge size, the rest was not expensive,” the expert concluded.
The architect also gave advice on correcting major mistakes in finishing and decorating the premises. “I would suggest getting rid of such openwork fences that do not fit a young woman,” Lubarsky advised.
The singer has been living in a country house in the Moscow region for several years, where her summer residence is located. The interior is predominantly made in light and pastel colors with accents on gold and marble. The house has at least two floors, each of which has several rooms, including a huge dressing room - the dream of any girl. The living room on the ground floor has panoramic windows overlooking the inner garden. The room also has a fireplace with white and brown marble trim.
Architect Vladimir Lyubarsky considers the style of the interior to be English. "Restrained colors, moderate decor and contrasting metal forging - let it be English neoclassical," the expert concluded.
He also noted the relevance of the decor. In his opinion, the windows are decorated with simplified architraves, and imposts are made on the windows themselves. The decorative cornice between the first and second floors serves as a border for the facade decor in the form of brickwork. “Classical architecture always remains in demand by fans of the 19th century, when class differences were strong and almost insurmountable,” said Lubarsky.
The architect considered the architectural style of the summer residence of Ani Lorak to be seasoned - in his opinion, there is nothing to change in the house.
“This house is more of an exception than the rule when the style is really well maintained and everything is done in good taste,” Lubarsky concluded.
The TV presenter has been building a country house for several years. She plans to move to a new residence in a few months, but the renovation work has not yet been completed. Ksenia Sobchak talks about them on her personal blog and publishes rare pictures from the construction site. It is already clear that the house built from pine timber resembles a Scandinavian mansion, which is no coincidence - a Finnish company is engaged in the construction.
“There is such a direction as “organic architecture”, when the style follows the natural conditions and the functionality of the premises. This is one of the basic principles of modern architecture,” said Vladimir Lyubarsky, architect of the Bureau Lubarski architect.
Of the accents in the house, Ksenia Sobchak chose facing clinker bricks (elongated shape) and awnings. “Such solutions are least of all similar to decor, so they will not be able to go out of fashion for many decades to come,” the expert noted.
As for the mistakes and the cost of the house, the architect noted that everything was done with taste and on a large budget.
“A wooden house made of knee beams is one of the most expensive structural materials for building a private house,” Lubarsky concluded.
A month ago, news appeared in the media that the artist had built a new home in his own village, Agalarov Estate. It looks impressive. On the first floor there are two marble staircases leading to the second floor. Walls, floors, ceilings, doors - everything is done in snow-white color. The house also found a place for a gym, a spa area, an elevator, a billiard room and a hammam.
The winner of the reality show "People's Repair" on TNT and the architect of the Bureau Lubarski architect Vladimir Lyubarsky compared the decor of the house - spiers, currencies, columns, flowerpots, sculptures and stained-glass windows - with the cyber-baroque style
As for relevance, the expert found it difficult to assess the stylistic decision unambiguously. “A combination of the desire to demonstrate wealth and save in detail. Such decisions require very careful attention to proportions. Each element matters, otherwise the fairy tale will not work, ”Lyubarsky concluded.
He also noted that the cost of the object is above average, but there are elements that need to be improved.
“A huge stained-glass window overlooks the road, but tinting will protect the house from prying eyes. You should not make a huge stained-glass window if you plan to tint the window, ”the expert advised.
